    I called to ask for a quote for a new soak away but was told they would need to send someone to see if they could clear the old one first. I don't know why I didn't stop at this point. I was rattled off a whole load of chargers over the phone, then again when the engineer arrived. Trying to get my head around it all, we settled that for an hour's work to see if they could get anywhere it would be circa £270. However this didn't include the initial £42 call out or the VAT. I've now been charged £380 for them to tell me that I need a new soak away... Not very happy feeling duped.

    They quickly got to work identifying the core problem explaining their course of action all the way through the job which took two and a half hours in all to sort. They were very polite and respectful of the surroundings keeping mess to the very minimum.

    The company were very prompt in responding to our request for them to investigate a problem with excess water in our front garden. The cause of the problem was quickly identified and we were given a quote for remedial works. A new drain and soak away was installed in a single day, with minimal disruption. The garden was left very tidy after the company had left. In fact you would not have know they had been there. The dump bag of waste soil maybe could have been collected a bit sooner but otherwise an excellent service. Thank you!
