    Polite and courteous on arrival. Assessed the areas from the outside and asked permission to go to the required areas inside the property. Clear in their explanation of work to be carried out. Completed survey of all pipes on property and clearly explained the system and what they were finding. Suggested corrective action which was completed inside the agreed time frame so costs were known (remember to factor in VAT) Explained the post visit information/results I will receive. Suggested possible further investigations if desired. Returned everything as it was found and left the property clean
