We needed a new floor from beams up.  Plywood was replaced and self levelling compound poured and smoothed on day one.  The following day new LVT was laid this involved removing and then replacing skirting boards.  This was completed on day two.  My wife and I are happy with the result

Fitting LVT floor

Panos and his crew did a fantastic job with an (almost) full home renovation of our 3 bed Victorian conversion.  His team re-plastered walls, replaced the plumbing in the home including new boiler, hot water cylinder and a full wet under floor heating system.  They also did a great job installing new engineered wood floors, skirting, painting, engineering some pretty tricky under eves cupboards and to top it all off knocked a wall down for us.   The crew was fast, polite and worked to a very high standard.  We're looking forward to having them back to replace the bathrooms!
