  Sanded down floors now look brand new!

  We were super impressed with this business. They did an amazing job sanding down our wooden floors and re varnishing them. I knew that they would look better, but I was genuinely shocked because it looked like a brand-new floor again. They were super efficient, friendly and very accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

  Engineered wood installation

  Rafael was friendly and communicative. He gave a good, competitive price - we were happy with the work, save for the finishing details. Although time for the project was tight he said he could finish the nosings and stain them on the stairs - however the were rushed and don’t look good. Stain was left on some of the paintwork on the stairs, which is not great, and the stain was applied patchily. There are also certain areas that are not finished to as good a standard, with gaps etc. Work was good for the price and service, but not perfect.

I’m sorry to hear that some of the finishing details didn’t fully meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that staining the stair nosings was not originally part of the agreed scope of work. Due to the tight timeframe and as a gesture of goodwill, I offered to help with this as a favour, alongside completing the main job. I did my best to accommodate this additional request within the limited time available.

  Herringbone flooring

  We had wood herringbone flooring installed by Rafael at Brukflooring and the result is outstanding. He was extremely professional from start to finish, worked with great attention to detail, and delivered a beautiful finish. Highly recommended.
