  Very good! 👍

Raphael did a great job in difficult/fiddly circumstances repairing floor without taking it all up - and charged a reasonable price that was £100 better than my other quotes Polite/professional and definitely recommend

  Professional, reliable and excellent quality

We couldn’t be happier with the work Rhafael did for us. He completely redid our downstairs flooring and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was punctual, incredibly tidy, polite, and very professional throughout. The quality of his work was excellent, and he clearly takes great pride in what he does. We were so impressed that we called him back to sand and reseal a wooden table for us, and once again, he did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Rhafael and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Removal of old laminate and install engineered wood flooring

We hired BrukFlooring to remove the old laminate and install engineered wood flooring in our fully furnished flat, covering 70 square metres. Communication with Rhafael was very good and transparent from the beginning. Rhafael and his colleague arrived on the agreed date and completed the job in four days. They disposed of the old flooring and left everything clean and tidy. We are very happy with the new floor. The only negative comments would be that skirting board in one of the rooms was left loose in few places; not sticking to the wall completely. And floor wasn't levelled with sufficient amount of underlay in one corner in the living room. It was flexing few centimeters. We fixed both issues ourselves easily.

  Poor Aftercare

Defects emerged after Rhafael completed the job and I made the payment. I contacted him twice and waited for three months, but he never came back to fix the issues. He only responded with polite replies—without ever offering a specific date or time to carry out the repairs. In effect, he kept me waiting for three months without actually resolving the problems.
