I contacted improve with regards to my parents four bedroom detached property. 
At first i presumed a new roof was going to be needed, when stuart came out he advised that roof cleaning and coating would be a lot cheaper.

We went for the anthracite grey after the clean and were extremely impressed by the results, the lads on site replaced all broken tiles and worked non stop for 4 days.
They even cleaned up after themselves.

Contacted Improve A Roof.  Really nice bloke called Stuart came out to have a look.  Very knowledgeable and friendly.  Had the roof cleaned and some broken tiles replaced.  Workers were accommodating.  Would definitely recommend.

I didn't even think roof cleaning existed but Improvearoof made my old mossy / green clay tiles look like new again. I was so impressed I asked if it was possible to change the colour to a more modern style and delighted to find it was.

Flat roof

I thought it was a tile that had broken but on inspection of was the concrete out of the ridge tiles which had become loose and the concrete was breaking up. A complete clean up and new concrete was inserted between the ridge tiles. The workmen were very polite and worked well together.The job was completed really well and all mess and bits of concrete cleaned up on completion.Really pleased with results.

Had an ongoing problem with my chimney for quite a few years. Had a couple of contractors trying to solve the problem with no luck. Majestic recommended to have the chimney removed. Since that we had no leaks. Polite and and well spoken guy

Thanks for completing the work for us, I had a quote with clear explanations with photos and videos of an area that we couldn't see.

This job was sub-contracted and I agreed with the subcontractor the job list to be written down with before/after photos. Most photos were sent, but not all it turned out one job was, in fact, missed - causing me a lot of calls and messages to insist on them completing with photos before payment. With small children, altogether made it stressful and not a smooth experience. It has, however, started to dry up so it appears to have been fixed well, thanks.

Robert and his team were highly professional and courteous. The whole job took them only 3 days as they have great experience and knowledge of the work involved. They left my place in very tidy condition and the roof looks absolutely superb. It cost 3K more than expected but Robert explained this was due to several of the rafters needing replacement due to rot. I'm selling up and as the surveyors report highlighted an old worn roof this had put off the buyer. I'm confident that things should go smoothly with the sale from here on out.  A 25 year guarantee and report of the work done was given.

Roof Replacement

They first of all removed some slates in preparation for re-fitting.  They neglected to waterproof the newly exposed area.  When it rained heavily the day after, water poured into our bedroom.  In discussing this with the company they said that this was the second time that these particular sub-contractors had failed to make a roof watertight.  They said that they would rectify the problems with the bedroom, but I was to pay the sub-contractor directly and they would take the amount off the final bill.  Subsequently little progress has been.  They keep asking for a deposit having said none needed.

Repair damaged slates

GM roofing really helped redo a lot of our roof.  It was leaking really badly due to a storm but they came out and fixed it .  Good service, nice people and definitely worth it

Whole roof change

Gm roofing did an amazing job, my roof needed a full raplacemet as it was badly damage, once agreed they cane out on the agreed date and time and left it clean and tidy.

Hi, we’ve had EMP out to do all new guttering around our property. They have done some previous work for us before really happy with them and would recommend them to anybody.

Employed to remove a TV aerial but when they went up there they found that urgent roof repairs were needed. They contacted me to offer to do the work today and offered a fair and reasonable price for it, and were flexible in allowing me to pay in 2 chunks so that I had time to get some additional money together, given the extra cost was unexpected. The only downside was I didn't realise the price didn't include VAT until after the work was done, other than that I was very happy. 

Completed the new flat garage roof for my mum. Lovely job would highly recommend them

EMP have done a chimney repair on our property. We had leaks coming in they came out. Had a look at the job and come the following week to do the job. It’s been one month now and all leaks have stopped we’ve had previous roofers out to do the repair, but it kept leaking. But EMP sorted it out for us once again. Thank you guys
