Conned !
Con men - prices kept going up. Would not give us the 10 year guarantee (realised now worthless), unless we had structural support put in place - shouldn’t that be done first ?!? Tried to get them to finish the job… took the money and disappeared

Roofing the front part of the house
The front of house roof was leaking .The work has been completed but cannot comment as the roof is not visible. The scaffolding had been left in front of the house for 3 days blocking the entrance and causing inconvenience. I have contacted the company multiple times to have it removed to no avail as well not received the invoice and10 year warranty.

Re roofing
Posted on checkatrade - quick response. Came assessed small job £180. After further investigation needed a new roof ( I felt I needed this anyway) £9000. Came did the roof - damaged the porch tiles, damaged upvc on double glazing ( lots of scratch marks). Then went upto £13,500 as the inside needed support so they could guarantee the work (after they had done the roof).Came back 4 days later -started to do some insulation ( 1/4 done, balanced some wood on nails - not even hammered in. Man said he was finished then they left. 1 month ago, phoned, text, not finished. I do not recommend them.

Leak now drying up, sub-contracting meant a lot of extra comms
Thanks for completing the work for us, I had a quote with clear explanations with photos and videos of an area that we couldn't see. This job was sub-contracted and I agreed with the subcontractor the job list to be written down with before/after photos. Most photos were sent, but not all it turned out one job was, in fact, missed - causing me a lot of calls and messages to insist on them completing with photos before payment. With small children, altogether made it stressful and not a smooth experience. It has, however, started to dry up so it appears to have been fixed well, thanks.

Roof Replacement
Robert and his team were highly professional and courteous. The whole job took them only 3 days as they have great experience and knowledge of the work involved. They left my place in very tidy condition and the roof looks absolutely superb. It cost 3K more than expected but Robert explained this was due to several of the rafters needing replacement due to rot. I'm selling up and as the surveyors report highlighted an old worn roof this had put off the buyer. I'm confident that things should go smoothly with the sale from here on out. A 25 year guarantee and report of the work done was given.
