Took my iPad Kyle cus it had a few issues, quick and good communication, told me the issues and gave me advice and the best options for me, rather then just do a few hundred pounds worth of work just to get the money.  Would definitely recommend and I will be using for anything else in the future.  Thank you Kyle

They picked a printer/scanner which does exactly what I asked for.  Set it up efficiently.  A good and friendly service.  Would heartily recommend them.

Kyle responded to my contact quickly and worked patiently at the problem, explaining as he went.  The problem turned out to be with my ISP but Kyle helped me create a workaround which will better protect me in future.  I'd definitely recommend him.

Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting all kinds of home diagnostics prior to a call out and even looked up spares for me that would be suitable, with links.  Took the trouble to respond by stepped written detail, as l am unable to speak on the phone due to disability.  Perfectly constructed info in English, articulate and easy to follow.
