    Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting all kinds of home diagnostics prior to a call out and even looked up spares for me that would be suitable, with links. Took the trouble to respond by stepped written detail, as l am unable to speak on the phone due to disability. Perfectly constructed info in English, articulate and easy to follow.
