Installation of dual fuel cooker
10Verified ReviewSmooth and careful installation of a gas cooker in upstairs flat. Store-appointed installer had been unable to effect the installation so we appointed R G Austin instead. Jon made the necessary floor adjustments and installed the cooker, carried out a gas safety inspection and issued a certificate. Very courteous.

Jack is incredibly helpful and provides honest advice about the best and most cost-effective way to fix issues which I always really appreciate. His communication skills are second to none and always does a thorough and fantastic job. I wouldn't even consider using another plumber in south-East London!

9Verified ReviewIt's not often you DON'T use a tradesperson but still leave a review. So, that means you either had a very good or a very bad experience... I'm delighted to say it was the former (the only reason I didn't commission the person (Jack) was because another nice trader could do it sooner and cheaper) Jack's polite, pleasant, professional, punctual and passionate about his trade. But what impressed me the most was even when he knew I wasn't going to use him, he went out of his way to help me get the best deal with someone else and explained technical stuff about the job I hadn't understood.
