In flats, shower tray sat on floor with no waste access. Shower tray reinstallation with new waste, retiling, install shelf in shower stud wall.

Leaking shower waste outlet repair.

Area stripped out.

Forgot to take some pictures. Walls lined in 12mm ply for strength then 12mm wedi board for a fully waterproof area, siliconing all joins & corners.  Shower waste altered, tray base formed, tray installed on bed of cement based adhesive, squashing into thick bead of silicone between tray and walls ensuring good backup seal. New high quality shower waste outlet installed. Tiling begun. Tray protection film left on top and bucket resting on polystyrene for protection.

Additional tiling and shelf opening cut out and timbers secured in place to support boards.

More tiling, shelf cut out.

Shower installed, Shower screen tracks installed, bead of silicone down the back of each track and where tray meets tile which is commonly overlooked and not done. Ensuring a leak-free screen.

Shower & screen tracks installed.

Shower & screen fitted. Removable shower plinth installed. Siliconed outside of screen, perimeter of tray making the second seal, all corners of shelf and everywhere ellse required. Ensuring a long term leak-free shower.
