  Brilliant - they came when he said they would, took time to understand the problem, fixed the new lights up and took all the rubbish away when they'd finished! Had a young trainee with him, he took time to explain what he wanted him to do and supervised him well but from a distance. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them - have just asked them to do some more work for us too.
