Moving house 

We paid over £1000 for our removals. They subcontracted our removal job to a company called Black Cube Removals based in Wolverhampton (google will show other peoples experiences) I was unaware of this until we had to report stolen items and damages to our possessions. We paid for a 9-10am pick up, they arrived at 1pm and then informed us they didn't have time to deliver our stuff the same day as they had other pick ups to do. They claim to have a live tracker for the driver, this never worked. Our stuff was finally delivered at 7pm the next evening, our TV was stolen and our sofa was slit and

DO NOT USE!!

The company appeared to be very professional and efficient before the supposed removal date, however the reality was completely the opposite. Our time slot for our move was 9am to 10am. At 10am when we had heard nothing I contacted any van and was told that the driver could no longer do the job and they were searching for another driver and hopefully we would be able to move that day. We were all packed and waiting the money had been swapped and the new person was coming in at midday. After numerous phone calls we got nowhere at all and at 120clock we decided to do the move ourselves. Shocking

Disgusting service

First time I've used a removal service. The guys who came out were very professional and took good care of our item's. They were very patient when they had to wait in the van for nearly 2 hrs until we could get in the house. They also moved some trees in large pots which my husband thought he might have to leave behind.

Then once at my house, driver & colleague went above and beyond to get (VERY HEAVY) tree off of van & into correct place in garden!

Very satisfied with this experience, very good communication before the day and then the tracking meaning I could get on with my day.  The van turned up on time, and the load went like clockwork.  Accurate tracking for the delivery and made sure I was happy where everything was left.  I have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use them again next time.

Great service on time the driver was very  polite and helpful and smart. Would recommend this company and very competitive prices and kept me updated when and where they were on the delivery.   


Moving some furniture to my son

Contacted them on their website. I wanted them to collect a small 2 seater couch and deliver to my flat. (2 mile).  I transferred £16 deposit and never heard from them again. They keep me on hold every time I call!  Never again use this company!!!!

The company submitted an estimate significantly lower than others, but seemed very professional. I chose them with a touch of anxiety, but this was not borne out on the day, though it appeared they had slightly underestimated the scale of the job.. Moving in did not go according to plan owing to lack of space to put boxes in the new flat, but they made the entirely sensible suggestion of using storage facilities while I made space for the remainder. This was more expensive, but still cheaper than rival quotes, and I'm happy to recommend them.

Using Capital Movers made our stressful move all that more easier for us. The packing service was great and the crew very friendly and accommodating. They also offer storage which was much appreciated when our plans changed at the last minute. Would highly recommend.

The team did an excellent job both of moving and packing my old place, storing everything for a couple of days and then unloading everything at my new home.  With all the stresses of moving home, it was a relief to have this part of the process be so easy

Bill and his team were quick to arrange the collection and storage of our basement belongings in light of a damp issue.  Boxes were provided.  The furniture was efficiently removed without damage, and returned to its original location once the accommodation had been repaired and redecorated.
