Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

I moved into a new flat and found out the gas had been turned off by the previous owners before they moved out. I had heard of friends recommending Reading Heating Solutions from their experiences so called Joe there and explained the situation.

When Joe arrived he was cheerful and really helpful. I explained again the situation and he instantly got to work. The work was great and he was thorough in what he was doing, checking what he had done was correct and that I would be left with no problems.

Turned my gas back on and service boiler

We needed gas installing into our kitchen and a new cooker fitted immediately as not to be left with no functioning cooker. 
This was taken into account and a gas engineer arrived no sooner than the carpenter finishing his part.  
We discussed where the gas pipe could be positioned and the best was of doing so.  
House was left clean and tidy and I was extremely happy with the cost.

Originally had Joe and the team round to service the boiler and look at some issues I was having with the heating throughout downstairs. They then came back for a powerflush after identifying the issue and were very professional, very conscious of being clean and tidy and also punctual. Good communication throughout and I would definitely use them again for any other plumbing/heating issues

Joe was great , he responded immediately to my enquiry , told me the price and was on site with in 2 hours of my post on Check a Trader . I found Joe to be very polite , helpful,  tidy and efficient and wound recommend his service

A Plus were quick to come out and diagnose the problem (after calling 3 other plumbers that didn't pick up, A Plus called me back quickly). 

They showed me where the leak was and was not coming from, recommended a course of action and once I had the replacement toilet pan, came the day after I called to install. They arrived on time, installed the pan neatly, cleaned everything up, and were professional and friendly. Great service, would highly recommend.

Nathan and the team worked through the possible causal factors, identified and resolved it quickly and professionally. We contacted them the previous evening and asked they were with us at 0800 the following day.

Excellent experience as a customer will definitely be using them in the future. The initial phone call was answered at the first time of ringing, they attended the same day at an advised time. Having secured the problem they came back exactly when they said they would to complete the job and were brilliant at talking us through the problem and our options. The job was completed to a high standard, the house was left spotless and we couldn't be happier with the result and the experience we had. Top job!

Plumbing repairs

Jake is reliable, efficient and does outstanding work.  I would 100% book him again.  He came out to an emergency on New Year's Eve (when no-one else would) and immediately stopped our leak.  After that, to mend the problem, nothing was too much trouble, even though it was a bank holiday and the parts needed weren't standard.  Jake tracked them down, came back a couple of times as needed and went the extra mile in getting things sorted quickly.  I'm really happy with his work; the repair is perfect and he left everything clean and tidy.  Jake is friendly and professional, and I highly recommend him.

We noticed a lot water under the lino in the downstairs WC, which had reached the hall carpet. JL contacted us as soon as we posted the ad at 22:00 and were with us at 08:00 the next morning. They located the source of the leaks and fixed them within 2 hours. Very friendly/polite and tidy service.

They were meant to be visiting the premises within half an hour, instead, I got a call and was informed there would be an hour delay, after hour again call would be delayed one more hour, third time call and informed they could not make it for the day, 
Next day noon 10/04/24 
One person visits the premises, quote £240, and hour after one hour £90,
I have informed that person if you cannot be fixed in an hour, please let me know so I can inform my superior of the extra cost,
