Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

Jarryd is always very professional in his work, when he comes around for job, and I have used them twice now.  The main office are always very quick in turnaround for bookings and are very honest and approachable.  Overall they are a very easy company to deal with ,that I would be happy to recommend.

I would definitely recommend Pinnacle, they were very prompt to respond to my request and Jarryd who arrived to fix the shower was most polite, courteous and efficient.   They also very kindly discounted the hourly rate as it was a very quick job.

Fitting a broken shower head and hose

We returned from a holiday to discover that there was a leak somewhere in the loft which had caused significant damage to the ceiling to the room below.  Pinnacle sent out a plumber quickly who traced the leaking part, an air vent in the hot water system, and replaced it.  He was professional, polite and extremely pleasant, as was Robbie in the office.  All in all a great service.

Engineer arrived within 2 hours of call out to fix a leak on a new shower. Fixed quickly and efficiently within the one hour charged call out time. Phone communications were clear and concise and the engineer was friendly and informative whilst on site.

Testing the boiler to make  sure the gas reading was fine and replacing the co alarm!

Really helpful and proficient work; they got the parts and fixed my leaks quickly and efficiently. Lidia from the office was also really helpful in terms of co-ordinating the works  (including getting a replacement plumber when the plumber due at my place was sick). I was in very good hands and I will definitely use Rennils again !

Dealing with Rennils was so easy, my main contact through the whole thing was Jane.  If you're
lucky to deal with her it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options and was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats, and things for you to make up your mind.  If you have questions he was more than happy to explain.  The video survey / walk-through prior to the installation was a breeze too.  Jay who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him

Kevin did a thorough job inspecting the drainage pipes with the CCTV camera and ascertained that the subsidence issue was not related to a fault with them.  He did discover an old capped manhole that he believes was not properly sealed and has recommended that the area of the driveway is dug up to fully investigate and resolve the issue.
He'll be back next week!

The electrician arrived right on time, completed all work required very efficiently and in general was lovely to deal with.

A reasonable quote was provided in advance. They were able to call out at my convenience and kept me informed via email and SMS. The plumber was polite, tidy and efficient. The repair was quickly sorted and I'm really pleased with the result.

Washbasin repair

In our double oven, the bigger fan Oven stopped working. It was a gamble to call out RY or go direct to the manufacturer as its 11 years old. The RY booking process was simple and the engineer called before arrival. He pulled out the Oven, sorted and repaired the issue within 15 minutes, Great stuff and only £5 above the call out charge (£98 inc VAT) If he had said that parts were required and I was looking at £150 I would not have blinked, so for honesty, timekeeping and communication, this was a 5* performance and would recommend.
