We had an issue with our washing machine making a strange noise. Ross came and checked it all out. He managed to fix with a reset and some tips of how to avoid the same issue. Arrived on time and work was efficient, thank you

Lothian Domestic Ltd replied very quickly to my email and I booked an appointment for an engineer to fix my fan oven.   Paul arrived within the timeframe and replaced the element.   Very efficient and polite and importantly, left no mess.   Good price and I’m happy that I could repair my oven instead of replacing which is a greener option.  I’ll definitely call them out again and would recommend them.

Scott arrived on time and was very polite and professional from his arrival. He took all rubbish away and was extremely efficient. He also was quiet while doing the repair which I appreciated as I had told him I would be on a meeting. Very courteous. Highly recommend.

Oven repair 

My 85 y/o neighbour broke his washing machine door. Lothian Domestic were quick to get in touch after I listed the job on check a trade & were able to arrange to take a look the following day. Parts were ordered and installed promptly.
Worth noting that after a quote is provided you have to pay through their online system but this is understandable given people make short notice cancellations but a little inconvenient for elderly folk who aren't online.
Both engineers were courteous and happy to chat with Pat and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend for repairs.

Was in need of an urgent repair on my Oven after it stopped working, I need it for my job ( I cook and photograph food). White Eagle came out the next working day after contacting them. amazingly efficient booking and updates right down to the minute they would arrive. Fixed the oven in less than 20 mins ( replaced heating element) absolutely first class service. amazing communication, great price ( was £95 inc all parts). Can't recommend them highly enough.
