Ordering a new Back Door

Carol the agency representative communicated positively with us.  Carol explained the process of what would take place after we selected the design of the door.  She also gave us relevant information about the factory and how the doors are made.

Initial stages of front door selection

I had Anglian out to replace our windows and back door. I'm so pleased with the results.  For the first time in years, the bad weather stays on the outside & doesn't come in!
The finish is excellent &  soundproofing also brilliant.  Locking mechanisms are good & the upstairs windows adjustable, to enable easy cleaning. 
The back door is really substantial & Anglian supplied with a fitted cat flap, so our furry family is also pleased. 
The fitting team arrived promptly & were finished in one day. They were a happy crew, courteous & tidy, & there was much laughter during the day.

Michael from Quantum Roofing Solutions was simply fantastic from start to finish. From the initial quoting to stage to job completion nothing was to much trouble he answered all my questions & queries. He showed me colour options & soffit options to help me picture it he also had an excellent portfolio to show me. We decided on anthracite grey which simply looks stunning against my white house. Job was completed on time & kept tidy throughout cleaned up every evening you didn’t even know they were there! Nothing but praise & I would not hesitate to recommend & use them again.

Michael turned up when he said he would and I assume the problem is fixed.
There seems to be no leaks but we have not had heavy rain since so that will be the tester  
A little disappointed that the cable ties are still on the guttering .
Nice and straightforward to deal with.

OHI fitted my new windows and doors very pleased.  Andy was very attentive to what I wanted and supplied a competitive price the fitters took great care of my house and did an excellent job.  William the owner kept me updated with the whole process.  I would thoroughly recommend and will be using them for a new conservatory next year

Very responsible and trustworthy - Andy happened to call at the door, and kindling arranged to visit again the next day to measure and quote for the new windows.  William surveyed and took accurate measurements and then the excellent quality windows were ordered, customer made.  The 2 fitters arrived at 10am and carried out a splendid job, placing dust sheets through the house and not creating hardly any dust - totally impressive team effort, would recommend anyone to ask them for a quote
