Gutters Emptied
I booked to have front gutters and downpipes emptied, and a convenient time was easily arranged. However no one arrived at the agreed appointment time. I phoned them, they contacted the operative then called me back to check if 2 hours later would be ok. I confirmed it would be ok and the operative arrived at the rearranged time.
