  Gutter repair and external gutter cleaning

  Tradesman was pleasant and had a professional maner, arriving on time. Gutter repair completed using spare part but didnt replace downpipe as discussed on phone. Was told this would be higher labour cost and 3m pipe was not on van. Gutter clean was good but did not include downpipes. Again was told this was additional service which was disappointing because downpipe is part of gutter system. Both gutter repair and clean service was completed in an hour. I used web form but then called and spoke to Gary about the job. I would have preferred better communication and information available

  Replacing gutters, applying PVC cladding to fascia boards and installing a new downpipe

  Blue Sky Guttering did an appalling job. 2 separate trades working on my house at the time were shocked and said the work was sub-standard and needed to be re-done. Blue Sky's operative was heard calling his boss Sean, a director at Blue Sky, the phone was on loud speaker and Sean told the operative not to tell me he hadn't carried out this type of work before. The operative clearly did not know what he was doing - and forgot a downpipe was to be installed. I was then bullied into paying for the full job. Amex are now following up the disputed payment.
