Repair of leaking gutter.

I was really worried about some water staining that appeared during the bad weather. It was on the ceiling and I suspected it was from the chimney. I can’t thank the lads enough for 1.  responding so quickly and giving me a proper estimate and diagnosis of the issue. And 2. completing the work so quickly then talking me through what was done and showing pictures of the finished job. Very reassuring to see the work done and in such a professional manner.

Ordering a new Back Door

Carol the agency representative communicated positively with us.  Carol explained the process of what would take place after we selected the design of the door.  She also gave us relevant information about the factory and how the doors are made.

I had Anglian out to replace our windows and back door. I'm so pleased with the results.  For the first time in years, the bad weather stays on the outside & doesn't come in!
The finish is excellent &  soundproofing also brilliant.  Locking mechanisms are good & the upstairs windows adjustable, to enable easy cleaning. 
The back door is really substantial & Anglian supplied with a fitted cat flap, so our furry family is also pleased. 
The fitting team arrived promptly & were finished in one day. They were a happy crew, courteous & tidy, & there was much laughter during the day.

They turned up when they said they would, just got on with the job.  Had one little hiccup but contacted Hugh and it was sorted the very next day.  Would highly recommend and would use them again.

Hugh gave us a quote and gave us some options.  We accepted and booked a date.  The guys came before and put the scaffolding up, delivered the skip and Hugh and his lads turned up on time on the Monday morning.  They replaced a tired roof with the newest materials and with the addition of a window.  The lads were always polite but generally just got on with the work.  All work done in the timescale and a tip top job.  They cleared up as much as they could after completing a great job.  Scaffolding and skip collected.  Would definitely recommend Hugh if you are looking for replacement or repair work.

Ryan replied immediately to our enquiry.  He came out quickly to assess problem then booked in a time to fix leak.  He was pleasant and helpful at all times.

Ryan and his team were great - they were polite, efficient and the work was completed in a day and a half.  The new rooves look so much better.  Reasonable price quoted and Ryan went above and beyond with some other roof issues - very knowledgeable - we will definitely be using Ryan and his team again.

Ryan and his team arrived on time, completed the work required and cleaned up before finishing.  Good standard of finish to the shed roof, polite and courteous team.  I would use them again for any roofing problems.

Ryan called me within a couple of hours of posting the job on here, he came out on a Sunday to look at the job and give me a quote.  Quote was very competitive compared to others and work was completed by the end of the following week.  Ryan is very knowledgeable and told me exactly what needed to be done to stop the leak in my loft.  Rain hasn't stopped for the last 3 days and no sign of any leaks.  Can't fault him or his lads, polite, tidy and punctual.  Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future before anyone else.

Contacted Ryan who came out within a couple of hours.  He took a video of the problems and offered s good quote for the job.  The work started three days later and the two fitters worked tireless to get the job done quickly and efficiently.  They cleaned up all the mess and nothing was left for us to do afterwards.  Would use again and highly recommend Mallard to anyone.
