Originally thought my issue was around the dishwasher, however it was around the pipes being installed too low. A temporary fix was provided and advice given, perfect service!

Mark was very helpful and was able to complete the work quickly and professionally.  My oven is back to working normally.  He was also able to carry out a small repair to my fridge freezer at the same time.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Buttons on the washing machine needed replacing

Absolutely fantastic!  Mark came to look at the oven and in inspection said it was the motor that was working and that’s why the element had gone and possibly had gone in the past not so long ago.  He also replaced the bulb where other engineers had failed and said they couldn’t get access.  His communication was excellent.  His cleanliness was excellent and fantastic value for money !  Would hire him again in a heartbeat to look any other appliances that break.  Highly recommend him.  Thanks Mark excellent job.

Mark was great .  Fridge Freezer not working.  Talked me through diagnosis on phone.  Worked fine in different socket.  Came and replaced faulty socket.  Thought I was going to have to buy new model.  Happy
