Craig attended to repair my washing machine. He phoned me prior to arriving giving me his expected eta, which is always very helpful and prevents long unnecessary periods of time being wasted. Refrigeration repair - Liverpool
Initially I was given an engineer's visit for Monday 9 March. By 14:40 on Friday, 6 March, I was given an earlier appointment for Saturday 7 March between 12 noon and 16:00. Refrigeration engineer arrived within time slot, assessed what was required and fixed my LG FF within an hour and for quoted price. Full marks to Montgomery Domestics.
