My boiler stopped working.  I contacted two companies who had a look and told me I would need a new boiler.  I decided to get a third opinion/ quote through Charlie.  He diagnosed the problem straight away, ordered parts and fixed the issue.

I called Majestic, who was recommended by a friend, when I noticed mould building up in my bathroom due to damp that I could not work out where it was coming from.  Charlie had a friendly and reassuring manner.  He was able to locate the source and fix a slow leak that was creating the damp walls in my bathroom.  Lovely, knowledgeable guy and would highly recommend!

Prime Time did an excellent and cost effective install. I genuinely thank Harry and Jordan for the hard work and care they took throughout. They needed more time to do the work and Prime Time did not charge a penny more because their priority was to deliver the install with a level of standard - whikst ensuring pipes were not visable, and placed where I wanted them.

I got an excellent service around from Jamie in sales, through to booking the install.

Boiler replacement

Ben came to service our LPG boiler. I can say without a doubt that he was an absolutely fantastic worker, the communication before the visit was second to none.  Originally giving a two hour window then just prior to coming pinpointing an actual time.  The office even called to say he would be a few minutes late because a previous job over ran.  Ben was a lovely chap, very friendly and patient in explaining about the boiler to us.  It was a pleasure doing business with him and we will certainly be using him next year and also if we have problems with our boiler.  Thank you Ben. 

LPG boiler service

The service I received was very professional from beginning to end.
Ben came to a call out as heating and hot water wasn’t working. To replace parts  was going to be expensive  due to the age of the combi boiler,11 years  and also more problems might have occurred.
He gave me a couple of options but I’m pleased to say I decided to replace it and was very happy with the work.
