1 Was booked in to do annual service and just didn’t show up.

Job location: PE12The reason they gave for no show was that I had told them that we wanted to wait until the end of Sept so we could be sure we were clear of Covid (further benefit). They said when I rang after no show that as soon as they heard Covid they just cancelled the booking (without telling us) as they want nothing to do with anyone who has had Covid. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and the most obnoxious disrespectful attitude afterwards.10 Water heater

Charlie (Lorenzini) is what every contractor should be – quick to identify the problem and prepared to roll up his sleeves and get on fixing it. He’s also extremely courteous and helpful at every stage. He even came out to do the second part of the job on a Sunday, knowing we were stuck without hot water and cooking facilities.
