Boiler repair 

Despite multiple attempts to contact, I have yet to receive certification for the 4k+ job which is concerning.  A mistake was noted concerning the incorrect size of one of the radiators supplied, and a leak on towel rail.  Despite Satnams assurance of replacement and booking of a scheduled date, he failed to turn up on two separate occasions resulting in 2 unpaid days off work.  Also did not put the cleaner or inhibitor in the system which was part of the quote.  In response to this issue, I reached out to Gas Safe, who have offered to send an engineer to ensure safety covering the associated costs.

Installation of an untested boiler, 1 incorrect rad, 1 leaky towel rail and 3 more rads

Had my Boiler replacement carried out by engineer Mitch who was really friendly and professional.  The existing 20+ year old boiler was in a very tight spot but Mitch managed to complete the replacement with the minimum of damage or disruption to the surrounding area - Much less than I had anticipated given the awkward access.  The whole experience from dealing with the clerical staff to the engineer completing the work on the day was straight forward, friendly and professional.  The price was also very competitive.  Would happily use again.

Boiler was serviced in a timely manner.  I had requested a cold flush which was not the most appropriate way forward, this was explained to me in an easy to understand way.  Satnam was clear and considerate when in my property.

Called Tom for a boiler repair, he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered a part for the next day.  Tom worked late on a Friday evening so we could get heating and hot water back, it was much appreciated.  We plan to get him back to service the boiler soon.

Called TCS as the boiler was not firing and arrived next day bang on time.  Issue identified and resolved quickly - clearly knows his stuff.  Very friendly, total professional - thoroughly recommended.  Have booked a boiler service in for next week.

TCS plumbing were excellent throughout from quoting to installation including all necessary paperwork .  Nothing was too much trouble.  They turned up on time and cracked on with the work.  The installation was neat tidy and accurate.  Tom was so particular that everything was perfect he’s a true professional and extremely knowledgeable.  Tom also carried out numerous commissioning tests and checks ensuring everything was perfect .  They also meticulously cleaned up after each day.  I would definitely use Tom and TCS plumbing again and recommend them to anyone

Tom is a rare breed nowadays; turns up when he says he will, responds quickly, does exactly what says he's going to do, everything left spotless - a breath of fresh air when many tradespeople seem to have forgotten that customer service matters.  Tom approaches everything in a calm and professional manner giving you every reassurance that you are in safe hands.  Ours wasn't a straightforward job due to an existing biomass instal.  But Tom gathered a great team all of whom provided the same level of service.  Above all Tom is a great engineer and his work ethic is top notch.  Thoroughly recommended!

I contacted REF and some other companies to price me up an extension on side of my house which included an extra bedroom, a home suite, and a garage underneath.  REF offered a complete package which is what I was looking for, Richard handled everything from start to finish, including planning, organising and making sure the job was done to a high standard on schedule.  They did all the brick work, plumbing, roofing etc.  Richard made the whole build so simple by taking the pressure off us and managing everything.  He kept us informed with the progress throughout the build.  Highly recommend REF

DWS Plumbing & Heating

Cannot recommend Dan and Tom highly enough.   After having problems with the heating system Dan came and assessed the problem before hand and then rang with a date to fix the problem.  They found the heating pump had been the main problem so fitted a new one and new pump valves.  They fully overhauled the heating system explaining as they went along what they were doing and why.  The heating system is now working as it should and heats up a lot quicker than before.  They were very professional we will certainly be using them again.

I needed a repair to the flushing handle on the toilet which had been in many years.  DWS plumbing and heating came out to have a look, did a temporary repair so the toilet could be used, and returned later to complete the job.  Very efficient, neat and tidy.  Would highly recommend
