3 Bathroom renovation
I'm always worried about having tradesmen doing very large jobs of a high quality but there was no need to worry when accepting the quote from REF. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I received excellent workmanship and good communication. The bathrooms were done to an extremely high quality.

We need a full bathroom refurbishment including new electrics and plastering
Right from quotation stage, Richard was friendly, informative and knowledgeable which put us right at ease. We received multiple quotes which were cheaper but we felt Richard was worth the extra money. He helped us with decisions regarding the bathroom and lead us to making the correct decisions for our bathroom whilst ultimately working to our vision. I would also like to mention that Marc, one of the other plumbers on the job, was super friendly and an absolute joy to be around whilst they were doing work. The speed and quality of their work means I would recommend again and again. 10/10

New Ensuite
Richard and the team have fitted my new ensuite this week (got me in 2 weeks before Christmas with a weeks notice from me) and I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality of work, delivered on schedule as promised, by Richard and Co, all while being beyond helpful, trustworthy and clean. Great bunch of lads to have in the house, couldn't recommend enough
