    Despite multiple attempts to contact, I have yet to receive certification for the 4k+ job which is concerning. A mistake was noted concerning the incorrect size of one of the radiators supplied, and a leak on towel rail. Despite Satnams assurance of replacement and booking of a scheduled date, he failed to turn up on two separate occasions resulting in 2 unpaid days off work. Also did not put the cleaner or inhibitor in the system which was part of the quote. In response to this issue, I reached out to Gas Safe, who have offered to send an engineer to ensure safety covering the associated costs.

    Had my Boiler replacement carried out by engineer Mitch who was really friendly and professional. The existing 20+ year old boiler was in a very tight spot but Mitch managed to complete the replacement with the minimum of damage or disruption to the surrounding area - Much less than I had anticipated given the awkward access. The whole experience from dealing with the clerical staff to the engineer completing the work on the day was straight forward, friendly and professional. The price was also very competitive. Would happily use again.

    Boiler was serviced in a timely manner. I had requested a cold flush which was not the most appropriate way forward, this was explained to me in an easy to understand way. Satnam was clear and considerate when in my property.
