We have used Plumbways for quite a few years now and wouldn't use anyone else.  I honestly can't recommend them enough.  We recently had an electrician cut through our water pipes, he got his own plumber to come out who couldn't fix the damaged pipes after 3 hours of trying, Plumbways sorted the issue without a problem.  James and Tommy know what they're doing unlike many 'so-called' plumbers out there, prices are fair, they keep things tidy and they go above and beyond for customers as they genuinely do care.  The best trades company we have ever used and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Plumbways did an amazing job converting our old boiler and installing our new one.  Both members of staff are very polite and take great pride in their workmanship.  They also have provided us with great aftercare and have answered the phone to any of our questions

An excellent service, Mr Saleem and his trainee were polite and friendly. Did the job for a quoted fee adding nothing on, despite the job being a bit more difficult than expected. I would recommend this plumber to others needing repair work. He is also a qualified gas fitter, so any job relevant is also covered.

Replacement of tap in kitchen.

Was contacted by Gas Repair after posting a job request.  I was contacted promptly & they offered to attend to the job the next day.  Was again contacted by them the next afternoon to advise me that they were on their way but they just didn’t show up and there were no replies to my queries.  Just terrible!  It is advised to avoid this company.

Usman kept me fully informed as to what he was doing and what needed to happen.  He worked quickly and everything was sorted to a high standard.  He kept me up to date and arrived when he said.  I would thoroughly recommend him

Mr.  Saleem was polite and cheerful.  Although he ran into an issue during the installation, he troubleshooted the problem and was able to complete the work to a good standard.

Boiler packed in early Saturday morning and after calling the guys at Kodygas LTD they were here within an hour.  Got straight on with sourcing the problem and had it fixed in no time as well as giving my boiler a well needed service.  Top class job and excellent response time.  Would highly recommend

“Joy came out to have a look at our boiler which had broken down over the weekend.  We had a well known firm out the day before who advised us the boiler was beyond repair and said we needed a new boiler!  Within 10 minutes Joy had diagnosed the fault and had ordered parts to fix this.  We would highly recommend and will be using his services again when changing our boiler.  Thanks again Joy!”
