New boiler installation and old tank removal
Great job of replacing my old boiler with a combi boiler, removing the old tanks and pipework, and replacing a radiator. Professional, reliable and friendly service.
We are on a service contract with DTS, for our boiler. They actually installed the boiler too. Our latest service, we had to cancel on the morning of the appointment, DTS were very understanding and rescheduled for the following week. We have had the same service engineer for the past 3 years, he is very friendly, polite and professional and considerate to our home, family and pets, as are other engineers we have used from DTS. Good, old fashioned service values
This business offers excellent customer service. The phone was answered promptly and an appointment to do the necessary assessment and repair was promised within the hour. The potential cost was also explained fully. True to their word, a plumber contacted us and was at the house promptly then sorted out the issue. He was polite and efficient.
