Very prompt and helpful service
Emergency callout for a leaking boiler during the Christmas season. Our call was answered immediately and two staff members attended within a couple of hours. They were very knowledgeable and professional and sorted the issue within 30 minutes. They then offered further advice related to the issue so we can take preventative action in the near future. Excellent service
Sent out plumbers the next day to sort out my radiators which weren't coming on and my loo seat which wouldn't stay on. They were both friendly, polite,clean and tidy. Work done quickly, with no isssues. I was told beforehand the cost and no surprise fees for callout or silly prices. Gas fire and oven service
