I highly recommend Happy Drains. I contacted them on behalf of my elderly mother. I explained that I was unable to meet them at my mother's property so they sent me photographs of the completed work. I was extremely happy with the service provided by all the staff involved.

The company were professional prompt and courteous however after the work was assessed although there were two areas of pipe work badly damaged only the easier work was quoted for. When assessed by my insurance company the work they had done was valued at £488 and I was charged £1014 by Happy Drains. Not addressing the other pipe work could have created serious problems in the future. This work is to be completed by by insurance company
