  Blocked sewer pipe starting to back up.

  Yes my blocked sewer drain has been flushed out and inspected with the camera. Dale who did the job remembered us from 2023. He explained everything he was doing and was respectful of our garden. I would gladly have him back again (hopefully not before at least another 3 years) I would recommend Drainage 2000 Ltd to anyone having drain problems.

  Excellent friendly service

  As a 78 year old lady who lives alone, I had blocked drains which were flooding my drive and I couldn't get access to.my back door I rang Drainage 2000 and the lady on the phone was so sympathetic and sorted my problem straight away. The engineer was with me within the hour and was so friendly and sorted it all out within the hour. Would definitely recommend this company.

  Quick friendly and efficient service

  I contacted D2000 this morning and was dealt with very quickly and professionally Kelly noted all the problems and rapidly sent me details and estimates. The blocked drainage field required jetting initially and Andy attended within 3 hours of first contact He assessed and diagnosed the problem and cleared the it with rapidly ,cleaned down and advised on routine care needed in the future including survey and pump outs He sorted out our worrying problem and gave excellent service and advice Many thanks for your help

  Awesome company, so knowledgeable & great value!

  I phoned Drainage 2000 as I had a blocked soak away for quite some time and a surveyor advised me to contact an N.A.D.C. Drainage company, which for me was Drainage 2000. From my initial phone call they did absolutely everything they promised, without any fuss or drama. Andy the technician who turned up the next morning in a clean, fully equipped van, was obviously totally knowledgeable with every area of the business and inspired total confidence. Both the work carried out and the advice given were amazing value for money and we would not hesitate to recommend Drainage 2000 Ltd anytime.

  Excellent professional company with customer service

  Excellent from beginning to end, friendly helpful staff, with upfront prices & no pressure. Simon was with us within an hour & was friendly & located our problem, took pictures to show us. We highly recommend Drainage 2000 who are professional, with sign written vans & all the equipment to solve drainage problems. Thank you
