Heat pump system Installed

During our house rebuild we decided to have underfloor heating installed. Plumbcraft demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process and provided excellent advice, fully explaining all options and benefits. 
They gave us a fully itemised price and work schedule, and they stuck with it!
Having moved in to the property in Feb 2022 we have have 2 full winters of warm the without any incidents whatsoever. 
All the staff were polite, knowledgeable and turned up when they said they would dealing with installation difficulties without any fuss.

Andy turned up a few minutes early and was courteous and helpful keeping me informed about what he was doing. At the end of the job he cleaned the areas he had been working in and left the property very clean and clear of all the items he had removed.

We entrusted Richard and his team to remodel our dining room and kitchen into one larger open plan area.  They knocked through walls, re-tiled the roof, plastered, did the electrics and plumbing, fitted new windows and doors (including making existing windows larger), fitted the kitchen and laid new flooring throughout.  His whole team was very professional, tidy and friendly and we are extremely pleased with the results.  Would recommend them to anyone.

Kitchen remodel

Took down a load bearing wall inbetween lounge and family room .  Richard recommended Dan from Evolve to survey the job and put in for building regulations.  From start to finish the job went without any problems, lads were courteous, mindful , respectful and cleaned up at every stage.  Plastering and joinery were brilliant.  Big shout out to Chris and Luke who kept me informed every day what was happening.  Can't thank them enough.  Delighted.

Called for a price attended and gave a price for the job requested.   Offered free advice and guidance whilst there on a task I was carrying out myself.   Call day before job to ensure everything was ok and if the time line was still good for me.   Attended to fit kitchen and arrived at the agreed time.   Whilst on the property he agreed to carry out extra tasks.   Very happy with the price, the result, the service and the attitude.   I would definitely use DI joinery and building Again.

We had three vertical radiators fitted and three horizontal radiators replaced in other rooms of the house. The whole job was completed within 2.5 days and done neatly.

Ian fitted a new composite front door for me which we also ordered from the supplier.  The existing front door was then fitted to the back door and that door was used as an entrance to the back of the garage which Ian cut out and fitted the door like it had always been there.  Always 10/10 for I&J Developnents from us, which is why we always go back to them and have done for the last 10 years.

External doors replaced

Cannot recommend I&J Developments enough.  They just competed a major kitchen install for us and what sets them apart for me is the attention to detail.  Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we got the kitchen and finish exactly as we wanted it.  They were also a pleasure to have around and kept us fully informed throughout the process.  What also impressed me was the ability to undertake and own the entire job including building works, electrics, plumbing, plastering , flooring etc giving us a single point of contact for the project.   The end result is a simply stunning kitchen space.
