Designing and fitting a kitchen, plus a lot of remedial building and other work and a new pantry.
In 2022 I had an old kitchen in bad repair and with so many potential problems, building, plumbing, wiring and more, that I had no idea where to start. I am so glad I contacted Gibson's Properties. Richard investigated and oversaw all the work to an extremely high standard, kept us calm, outlined all our options and the costs clearly and, as new problems emerged was always on hand with a solution. They were nice people and couldn't have worked harder. Everyone who works for the company is excellent. They never cut corners and are completely trustworthy . They went above and beyond to help.
Rip out kitchen, replace water damaged wooden floor, make good walls and fit new kitchen.
Richard and his team did a first rate job on my father-in-laws bungalow kitchen especially as on the day they started my father-in-law had to go into hospital for several weeks. We left the lads a key to get on with the job and in what seemed a short time later the kitchen was finished to a high spec and very tidy. Really pleased.
REFIT OLD SMALL KITCHEN
RICHARD and HIS TEAM DONE A BRILLANT JOB , ON OUR SMALL KITCHEN. ALLWAYS ON TIME and THE TRANSFORMATION IS GREAT.
Total refit of kitchen and dining room
Richard and his team did a great job fitting my new kitchen they knocked through to the dining room damp proofed and plater boarded all walls and levelled the floor then they fitted my wrens kitchen, there were some issues with the kitchen design but Richard and his expertise soon sorted it for us and it now looks great. All his team of lads were great and friendly and were very good at what they did I am a very happy customer and would recomend Richard and his lads to anyone who needs work doing
Garage conversion
Richard and his team converted part of our garage into a utility area. Absolutely love it, work done to a high standard and lads are very professional in what they do. Would definately have work done again by Richard and his team.
New porch
Mum had a new porch built by Richard and his team and is delighted with the finished product. The porch is half brick, half glazed with a fancy hip roof and everything has been done to the highest standard. Richard arranged and coordinated all the trades, i.E. Glaziers, plasterers, electricians and always kept us well informed as to what was happening. You may have to wait to get hold of him but it is worth it for the quality job you'll get. Would highly recommend!!!
