To fit a new bathroom
This is the second job Ian has done for us and once again very pleased with his work, he is very reliable and very professional, the work he carries out is to the highest quality, I will always use Ian for any other work they we have.
Full bathroom refit
Very happy indeed , turned a very worn out , out of date bathroom into a sleek modern space , definitely recommend.
Bedroom - plastered, new skirting, re-wired, etc
I and j developments completed a refurbishment of a bedroom that needed a lot of work. This is not the first time we have hired them because their work is of a very high standard and a great quality. The room was fully re-plastered, they fitted new skirting boards, re-wired the electrics and fitted new sockets. They also re-edged around the window and fitted a new windowsill because this had been badly done by the previous homeowner. Ian and Aiden were very professional, polite and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again
Full bathroom refit
Very pleased indeed , top quality materials used in the hidden places which to me is a sign of a quality job , it’s far too easy to use rubbish where it can’t be seen !!! Definitely recommend them !!!
Damp proofing and new guttering
Another glowing report for another job well done. The damp proofing was a very labour intensive job but which Ian took on enthusiastically and we are really pleased with new guttering all around. We would highly recommend I and J Developments if you want a first rate job doing to your satisfaction
New windows, front door, back door and French doors
Ian is reliable, hard working and conscientious. All work carried out to a high standard. We are very happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a first class job done.
