We have used Softflow for over 14 years.  Highly recommended.  Very knowledge about their products.  Extremely helpful in helping us make the right choice watersoftener. Great consultation meeting answered all my questions and reviewed my needs. Installation date agreed and work was carried out . Guys were tidy and very courteous. Helped me set up the app to monitor the salt level too. 
Originally I thought my water tasted a bit odd , they quickly came to pay me another visit to check this out and my salt usage - which I was pleased with as it was a nice customer service follow up . I’ve now also ordered more salt through the company website which was quite easy . Would recommend . 

Fitting water softener 

Engineer Ben came to access why the water softener was not working.  Removed and sent for refurbishment.  Returned in full working order, great job well done with no complaints.

The old machine was not working and was replaced.  The work was done quickly and cleanly.  All rubbish was removed every thing was left clean and tidied.

Replace broken softener

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex area and have been in business since 1988. We are Essex's leading independent water softener.

I wanted to use as little space as possuble so the customer kept as much useable space.

Installed a new elowater ESM II + in airing cup board .

I replaced the MC 250 with a Nuwave MD 260.

This Waterside has been leaking for a very long time. The customer has damp in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.

The softener has been leaking so the salty water has eaten into the plaster causing damp in the bathroom.

This is another Franke Olympus tri flow tap.

A good constructed insolated box will protect from freezing.

Here is an Ecowater ESM 11 and the Ecowater ERO 375 reverse osmosis purifier. Great soft water combined with pure drinking water. No cupboard space lost in their kitchen.

A very rare MC 250 that seems to have lasted twelve years.

Replaced old waterside MC 250 with an ERIE S M 140.

Installed a new m2 tablet softener and a new fresh filter and tap.

Replaced old Lakeside softener with a MD 260.

Replaced old water side with a nuwave MD 260.

This twenty five year old Waterside has finally given up.

This Big Blue Minimax will cope with upto twenty people. It holds three bags of salt so it does not require filling up with salt  very often.

This tap gives you 100 degrees boilng water and also normal hot and cold water. No more kettle.

The mains came up in the cupboard in the hall. There had been a softener installed before. I had to run a new drain pipe to an outside gulley.

What a complete mess. This awful plumbing was hidden behind the old softener. Almost impossible to get to.

After replumbing the mains in the cupboard i sorted out the rest making it much neater and easier to get to.

After fitting new hoses i positioned the MD 260 in an easier position.

This twenty four year old Bruno has finally given up.

Installed a new M2 in the airing cupboard, ran new pipe through loft.

The main stopcock is in the corner cupboard, difficult to get to. The outside taps have no isolaters for turning off in winter.

After moving the mains stopcock, i installed the plumbing for the outside taps and water softener.

A nice big cuoboard, there is a good useable space beside the cupoard.

After re plumbing the pipework in 22mm full flow i installed the M2 under the sink. This now leaves the corner cupboard.

This is not a good sign. This Culligan softener has obviously leaked alot. It sits in a plastic tray and also has a water alarm.

This untidy pipework takes up too much room.

The Ecowater ESM 11+. This is the most effecient water softener on the market.

This Culligan Waterside MC 250 has not been used for a few years. This customer has gone from the worst to the best on one go.

The electrics have packed up after fourteen years. Too expensive to repair.

This Five year old MC 350 has never worked very well, limescale all around the taps.

Replaced waterside with a nu wave pipe into kitchen to feed dishwasher and tap on to soft water.

The M2 block salt is much easier to fill.

This old Domextra has not worked for over a year. i offered to repair it but she wanted a new one.

After running a  new pipe from the mains in the hall cupboard i installed an Ecowater ESM 11 .

This customer found me on Checkatrade, i had the softener in the van.

There are not many softeners that still work after 28 years.

Replaced 28 year old waterside m184 with a m2 mini max.

After installing the by pass set under the kitchen sink i ran the hoses behind the dishwasher to the softener in the end cupboard.

Another M2 fits nicely in this corner cupboard. Block salt easy to load.

Here is a good reason to choose Hart Water. Two other Firms told this customer " it could not be done".

This is the only spare cupboard available. I like a challenge.

After re plumbing the waste and moving the hot feed i was able to install the by pass set. No quick fit fittings used.

This 23 year old Waterside MC 250 is still going strong. The customer can no longer manage the heavy bags of salt.

when i went to quote to replace the softener i suggested what i would do if i lived theie. Tho other company just wanted the easy option.

I raised the M2 so i could use the waste pipe for the overflow as well.

The old drinking water tap and filter require  upgrading.

It cannot be done.

This customer has only lived in this property a few months, he has used four bags of salt. When i arrived the by pass was open so no soft water had come from the softener. The salt used was down to the softener leaking and constantly overflowing.

The EcoWater Ecofresh filter is very easy to change. You don't need to turn off the water.

After plumbing in the bypass set, I left the outside tap on hard water.

The customer wanted the softener installed in the middle as they keep the waste bins in the left side.
