    Very happy Softflow were very patient in providing all requested information abd data prior to purchase, and their installation engineer was communicative and receptive when discussing details of pipe runs etc. A minor mis-communication over hard v soft tap location, and a resulting dead-end pipe run were all resolved on the spot.

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
