Very professional from start to finish, excellent service
Our experience of Softflow was excellent from start to finish. The appointment for the initial visit and survey was prompt, options were discussed without any hard sell, the quote come through quickly and was competitive. We chose to have the Twin Tec softener installed outside in an insulated box. The installer was great, he tidied up all the undersink plumbing, installed new sink taps, checked with us exactly where we wanted the softener and new outside tap, explained everything and left the place neat and tidy. Fantastic service, excellent product. Highly recommend.
We just had a new water softener fitted by Ben. This was our second one from Softflow Essex. The first one lasted 13 years and it was time for an upgrade. Installation was very smooth and quick, no mess and Ben is very friendly, approachable and professional. We are very happy with our new softener, as we were with the old one. It makes a huge difference to the limescale buildup in the bathrooms and the washing machine, dishwasher etc. and it’s good for the central heating system too. Softflow water softener
I am very satisfied with the installation work carried out by Softflow . The water softener was fitted very neatly and without leaving any mess. When I was informed by Affinity that I may have a leak due to my unusual use, I called Softflow to ask advise, if I needed to check anything. I was given very useful advise and even a possible cause, a leaking toilet. This turned out to be correct and was easily rectified. It had nothing to do with the water softner or any work by Softflow. We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.
We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex
Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.
We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.
I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.
This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
