Hello, and thank you for taking time out to look at my profile.
Thank you for looking at this page. Hart Water was started in March 2012 by my wife and I. I had previously worked for a water softener firm for over twelve years. We are completely independent unlike many other water softener companies. We sell four of the leading water softener brands which are Ecowater, Harvey's, Kinetico and Nuwave. I always explain the differences between all the softeners and recommend the right softener for your specific needs. We do not push you to one particular brand but let you decide for yourselves.
We were made an Ecowater premiere dealer in 2013 and are one of only six dealers for them in the country. We cover all of Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Hertford Cambridgeshire. When you contact Hart Water you will either speak to Jackie, Adrian or our son Jack, we do not employ anyone else so Adrian deals with you from start to finish. Adrian and Jack complete all of the installation work, delivers the salt and services and repairs water softeners.
We have a Facebook page with a lot more photos of our work so please have a look. Since we have been trading, we have built up an impressive number of customers and will be looking to carry on supporting customers both new and existing. We answer the phone seven days a week and are not nine till five. If you need us just give us a call.

Install water softener
It would be hard to fault this work. Slightly more expensive than other quotes but the only one to offer a choice of installation locations to avoid loss of cupboard storage space.
Installing a water softener
Quick and professional work, very pleased with how clean and tidy everything is. Any questions I have had have been answered more or less straight away. Will defiantly recommend!
Supply and Fit Water Softener
From quote to fitting was less than a week. Adrian was very helpful in answering questions before fitting. Adrian is a really nice and friendly man. His workmanship was excellent and he was super tidy and cleared up. His explanation of the unit was thorough and clear. Overall an A+ tradesman who I would recommend without question.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Adrian and Jack. They were professional and carried out the work efficiently and on time. Very neat and tidy and helpful with all our questions. I would highly recommend them.
Installation of Water Softener
A good experience from start to finish. Adrian gave us a few options regarding the type of softener and possible locations. He did not at any time push one option above another but took the time to clearly explain the differences and answer our questions. Adrian always responded promptly and carried out the work in a friendly, professional and tidy manner. I would certainly recommend him.
