Excellent, efficient service. Adrian was knowledgeable and supported my decision about the installation. He was flexible in his approach to make sure it worked for me. The installation was quick, effective, and he left everything in great condition and cleaned up. Very happy with the service and product, would absolutely recommend.

First class service if you need a water softener.

Used Hart Water to fit a water softener because of the hard water in our area. Service from Daniel was excellent, from his initial visit and explaining our options to fitting the water softener. The work was carried out with little disruption and we were fully informed of how to operate the system and understand the new plumbing. Would definitely recommend the company.

Exemplary service - flawless - highly recommended

The team at Hart Water talked us through our options for a new water softener, gave genuinely independent and thoughtful advice and then we asked them to supply and fit the one we'd chosen with their help. They fitted it promptly, very efficiently and neatly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A fabulous example of what a great business can deliver. I'm delighted to write this in grateful thanks for a level of service quality which is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much Adrian and team.

  Great service and install.

Just had our water softener installed and Adrian was brilliant throughout. Responded quickly to the initial quote and survey, and then did a brilliant job on install, and explaining how the system worked. Couldn’t be more pleased.

  Excellent family run company

We recently asked Hart Water to give us advice on installing a water softener. Adrian was prompt in responding and completed a survey where he gave us his expert opinion on what options were available, all clearly explained and simple to understand. We chose a water softener and Adrian and his son Jack arrived exactly on time the day of installation. They were cheerful, polite and very clean workers. The installation was completed in a morning, including an under sink water filter and their work was neat, well planned and carefully installed. I would highly recommend this company.
