    I contacted Hart Water Ltd mid week for a Water Softener and Pure drinking water system to be installed on my new newbuild home. The site survey, equipment order and installation were all completed with 7 working days. The installation solution and work is of the highest quality that I have seen in many years. A superlative and professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending Hart Water to any prospective customer.

    From the first phone call right through to the completion of installing our water softener Adrian has been fantastic. Every step was explained in detail and everything was left in a very clean condition afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone wanting a softener.     From communication to installation this company impressed. As we are new to the country and not informed about water softeners everything was explained in detail. The shoddy work of the previous installer repaired. Just nice guys doing a brilliant job.

    Genuinely good trades people

    Arrived on time. Adrian was very polite and was assisted by his son. They started work straight away after checking with me details of the installation. They worked methodically and created no mess whatsoever. Adrian checked the installation whilst his son loaded the tools back in the van, when finished. I would not hesitate in promoting Hart Water to any potential customer.

This Waterside has been leaking for a very long time. The customer has damp in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.+652

Hello, and thank you for taking time out to look at my profile.

Thank you for looking at this page. Hart Water was started in March 2012 by my wife and I. I had previously worked for a water softener firm for over twelve years. We are completely independent unlike many other water softener companies. We sell four of the leading water softener brands which are Ecowater, Harvey's, Kinetico and Nuwave. I always explain the differences between all the softeners and recommend the right softener for your specific needs. We do not push you to one particular brand but let you decide for yourselves.

We were made an Ecowater premiere dealer in 2013 and are one of only six dealers for them in the country. We cover all of Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Hertford Cambridgeshire. When you contact Hart Water you will either speak to Jackie, Adrian or our son Jack, we do not employ anyone else so Adrian deals with you from start to finish. Adrian and Jack complete all of the installation work, delivers the salt and services and repairs water softeners.

We have a Facebook page with a lot more photos of our work so please have a look. Since we have been trading, we have built up an impressive number of customers and will be looking to carry on supporting customers both new and existing. We answer the phone seven days a week and are not nine till five. If you need us just give us a call.
