Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fitter telephoned to say he was on his way. Arrived on time, a very pleasant and courteous man. Repaired the tap quickly and cleanly.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Great for an emergency service but not for general labour work

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

Steve was later than intended but kept in touch with reasons and when he came he sorted the problem very quickly 

Shower leaking - fixed very quickly 

Steve did an excellent job. He had to remove par if the ceiling of the boiler room to reach the affected area. He explained what he had done and what to watch for with the rest of the plumbing. Recommended.

I have used Steve several times. He is punctual, polite and does a very good job. His costs are reasonable and I am very happy with his work.

Replacing a plug and shower hose.

We had a leak under out kitchen sink and Steve came out within an hour and had the issue solved quickly and professionally even with the hurdles we had to overcome! 

He was professional but friendly and would defiantly have him back!

Quick availability, excellent communication, completed job next day; replacing a downstairs toilet with a new model after old one stopped flushing and was too old to be repaired.

I regret that I requested them to fix my boiler yesterday 09/04/24 afternoon, 
They were meant to be visiting the premises within half an hour, instead, I got a call and was informed there would be an hour delay, after hour again call would be delayed one more hour, third time call and informed they could not make it for the day, 
Next day noon 10/04/24 
One person visits the premises, quote £240, and hour after one hour £90,
I have informed that person if you cannot be fixed in an hour, please let me know so I can inform my superior of the extra cost,

The tank water was too hot to shower so I  called plumbing 360 to assess. morris suggested I install a TMV which mixes the hot and cold to the bath - Perfect!

Bath tub replacement 

Derval was initially called out to bleed an oil boiler after we had run out of oil however it soon became apparent that the problem was greater than that. He soon found the problem, ordered the part and rectified it. He was committed to get us warm again and I would definitely use him again  

Oil boiler fault 

Derval performed a fix and deep service to my boiler and central heating. He does know his job well and delivers a quality and reliable work. I would highly recommend him.

Adrees is all the other reviews say.  He's a perfectionist.  Excellent all round and very fair pricing, but I knocked one mark off tidiness (although he is very tidy) because he forgot an item if 3 good equipment when he left!  I would use him again and can really recommend him.

New sink fitted

The Plumber was quick to arrive and got straight to work.  Got the issue fixed in 20 mins and gave some good advice after the fix.  Really impressed.  Would definitely use again.
