Shower stripped down to see if he could fix it (it’s 20 years old, turned out to not be possible). Went and got a replacement and fitted it. 
I appreciated that the first option was to try to keep what was there, better than disposing of it.

Scott arrived in excellent time and had to work live as there was no access to the mains to turn it off.  He did an excellent job.  He replaced the tap and stopped the leak.

Had an outside leaking tap to repair

Scott came out and did an amazing job.  Really friendly and knew his trade top notch.  Came across some difficulties in installation and Scott was more than willing to go above and beyond to contact other tradesmen and suppliers to solve the issue.  Couldn’t recommend more.

Shower fitting

Scott was very helpful explaining the issues we had and how they could be rectified.   What we thought was a simple job turned out to be quite complex but he worked steadily through the issues and gave us tips for future maintenance.  A thorough job done and we are pleased with the outcome.  We would use again and happy to recommend to others.

Toilet pipes leaking

From start to finish, Aaron and Jamie were great to deal with.  Their advice throughout the project was great and carried the work to the highest standard.  I would happily recommend them to anyone who is unsure on the best heating system and looking to upgrade their bathroom.

He was very punctual and provided a quote for the job and a quick timescale.  Kieran was extremely reliable and the work was completed to a very high standard. Domestic Gas Services came highly recommended to me when I couldn’t get hold of my usual service engineer.  Dale came on time serviced my boiler as expected, then did a complete service of my gas fire.  This is when I found out that it may not have been as thorough a service previously.  He took out the fire, cleaned a large amount of debris from behind, checked all my coals were ok.  He spent time doing his job properly.  I’m very impressed with the standard of work, Dale was polite, he put up with my dogs, and left my home as he found it.  I’ll be using DGS from now on and I highly recommend them

Cooker repair

A local company that I have used in the past.  From memory, the only company I have used that has communicated a specific arrival time the night before and then to arrive at that time.  Seems simple but it makes all the difference.   Friendly engineer, explained what he was going to do and at the end, what he had done.  He was also nice to my cats, which is always a plus :-)

Kevin called to assess the job, he went to collect the replacemnt part required...on his immediate return  he installed the new manifold. Kevin carried out a few general checks and cleaned some filters. These were over and above the job he priced for us originally. A very sound professional , I would not hesitate in recommending to others. Very fairly priced work.
