Same day call out
I called JHP due to a leak in my bathroom- Jamie attended same day and was so helpful. Everything was explained, the issue was rectified and follow up planned for other issues identified during his visit. JHP Services best out there in crowded field
JHP Services provide the full package not just the gas servicing and heating but also the outstanding customer service. Communication is key and from the initial phone call to organise your appointment everything is seamless. You receive an email with your appointment, then a text message confirming time of your appointment with a follow up text when engineer is on his way. There is no hanging about all day with no idea when the engineer is arriving. The workmanship is far superior to any I’ve used before. Taking time to ensure thorough service is done. Excellent work
Alex from JHP services arrived on schedule and carried out a tricky job which involved accessing and crawling through a tight space in my attic to solder a pipe. The price was very reasonable and the work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone at JHP services is very professional and pleasant to deal with.
