Charlatans
Tried to charge £400 for unnecessary work. Said part could not be sourced and a completely new flue was required. I called the original installer who got the part for £2 at plumbers merchant. Job took 2 mins,

Get more than one quote and probably dont get one from these guys
Tried to overcharge for a boiler repair. Flue missing a small part ad wanted to replaced the whole flue. I got an alternative quote from the original installer of the boiler and had it fixed for £2 instead of the quoted £400 from these cowboys. My engineer said they were completely at it. The part was sourced for £2 and no flue needed.

Quality, affordable, friendly and efficient
MAC Plumbing Solutions provided a top quality toilet repair in an emergency situation. They were very reassuring, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price.

Bathroom preparation
Kieran was a total saviour. He helped me during a stressful time, talking me through options and ultimately prepping my shell of a bathroom for fitting (wish I had not paid the full bathroom deposit elsewhere and gone with Kieran to install the bathroom). I have other properties and he will be my preferred contractor to carry out any repairs. He also attended during the busy Christmas period to carry out the job.
