Our customer's young son had attempted to flush this toy down his toilet, and was the initial reason for the call as the system wasn't functioning smoothly. The toy was recovered, along with a full cleanout of the route and a plan put in place to remedy the displacement and root ingress at a later date

We tried a manual plunger initially to try and relieve the blockage. We had to get our Brian Nixon-built HPWJet involved as this was just too stubborn for some good old fashioned elbow grease!

Josh came to do the work and was excellent!  Again he took his time to explain everything, his workmanship was faultless, he cleaned up after himself, and put me at ease. Drain unblock X 2

One of the strangest experiences with a company I have ever had.  It started off ok...  the guy I chatted to on the phone was nice, and they booked in the drainage report promptly.  I was told 2-3 days for the results, after the 3 days I was then told another 2.  I then rang up after this period and have since not managed to get through...  I've rang multiple times, left a voicemail, and sent an email.  I've basically just been ghosted.  What doesn't make sense is they've been and done the job - I'd actually be less confused if I paid upfront and never heard back.  Unreliable, would not recommend.

Unprofessional.  Poor time keeping with a job quoted for one week taking five weeks.  Not turning up with no communication.  Different workforce all the time as they clearly cannot retain their staff.  System not functioning properly after just nine months and instead of the great after sales service they promise we have received threatening phone calls and they have now refused to rectify the issues that are causing backed up drains and unpleasant smells due to discharge pipe/non return valve not functioning properly.  A very unpleasant experience that has left us distraught.

Blocked drains

We had recurrent problems with drainage that required extensive digging out and replacement of pipework, including removal and replacement of a section of block paving drive.  The job turned out to be considerably bigger than expected, but the team completed the work for the original quoted cost.

Drainage repairs.

We had been having problems with an external drain for some time.  We had tried the drain unblockers purchased from our local DIY store without success.  We contacted HDC in the morning.  They promptly responded and said they they would be with us in the afternoon.  They arrived as promised and cleared the blockage.  They left what could have been a very smelly drain clean and tidy.  They said they would come back if we had any further problems.   The work was completed a week ago and we have not had any problems.  Could not ask for a better service.  Would recommend this company.
