• Clear blocked drain

  Paid £450 to partially clear a blocked drain. Asked for camera and told drain collapsed. Came next day, 2 men for less than 5 hours and paid a further £2335.20 of which £2022 was labour so charging over £200 p/hr labour. Also told further work costing £1860 needed. Wasn't essential so declined. Rung multiple times to get a breakdown of parts costs asking why costs so high. Calls not returned, excuses given and still not resolved. Work was done for my 82 year old dad with dementia and I feel that he has been ripped off because we needed the work doing urgently to stop dad trying to sort it himself.
