  Septic Tank Installation

  Wouldn’t advise using this company

  We had a septic tank replacement at the beginning of September. The two people that came to do the work were great. They knew what they were doing and worked hard to get the job done on time. The problems came afterwards when we were promised the paperwork to show that the tank was compliant and up to building regulations. This has never arrived despite me phoning and emailing repeatedly Mia and Torin have given me empty promises. It is because of the paperwork and communication side that I would not recommend this company. I’m really annoyed at them

  Drain Installation

  Very poor customer service

  We used this company in June 2026 to install a waste management system and drainage field which was done promptly. We paid the invoice and were advised the building regulations certificate would follow. Despite repeatedly chasing this up because we are selling our house this has not been provided and on checking with council it appears it was never applied for. We have now paid for a regularisation application but the planning officer requires additional information from Flofinity about the installation and they have either failed to respond or on two occasions promised to supply the inform [ADDITION] - [22/10/26] - ["Further to my earlier review I am pleased to say that we now have the buildings regulations certificate and Flofinity were helpful in supplying the information required]

  Septic Tank Installation

  Avoid at all costs

  Genuinely surprised at the number of positive reviews about this company. We've had nothing but trouble with them for 12 months after having a septic tank installed on our property. Poor planning, lies, terrible communication and were still left with a system that we have now been advised will fail within the next 2 years. Thousands literally down the drain. They guys working for the company are lovely, the management and supposed expertise are an absolute shambles.

  Professiona lattitude, made a daunting job seem simple

  I got Flowfinity to install a new waste treatment plant. Price was good, Josh & Riley turned up explained what they were going to do, and just got on and completed the install with no dramas, on time and to budget. Great guys, hard working and clear in their communications. A shout out to Torin who sorted out the pricing and all the paperwork to getting building control sorted.
