What can I say … great couple of lads!  Had a problem with the drains.  They started the work which then became a United Utilties issue, which then held the job up.  Once UU had sorted the problem, then my issue was sorted.  Callum kept me updated throughout the whole process.  Amazing ?? can’t thank them enough! What a great couple of lads!   As a women who's live on her own I'm pretty clueless when it comes to manual jobs.  The lads wanted to show me everything they were doing from the drain survey to the repairs.  Showed me videos, and all sorts.  They gave me an amazing price answered my 50 questions before the job started, even the ones that were probably abit daft, they answered them quickly and without making me feel stupid!   I got my survey and quote on a Thursday and repairs sorted by the Monday!   100% would recommend!

We contacted Craig for a toilet blockage by recommendation of SR Plumbing. First, Craig found potential reasons for the blockage and suggested further investigations with the help of the plumber. Craig swiftly coordinated with SR Plumbing, removed our toilet, inserted a CCTV camera, and confirmed his initial hypothesis: the reason for the blockage is a badly inserted basin waste pipe. Then, the accumulated waste was very efficiently and tidily cleared. The pipework was fixed, and toilet became functional. Craig’s reassuring, friendly and courteous approach made us feel safe and comfortable.

CMW drainage solutions attended my property today 15/04/24.  An awkward blockage that was dealt with by Craig, very professionally.  He managed to clear the drain even though it was a serious blockage.  I would definitely 100% recommend CMW .  Arrived on time , explained what was required and competently dealt with the blockage and cleaned up after he had finished.  Excellent service !

Absolute panic on a Sunday when we found out our soil pipe is damaged.  Called Worsley Drains at 730am on Monday morning and he was with us by 930am and has given a very reasonable price for pretty expensive work and doing it tomorrow! Can't fault Alex at all, very friendly and professional.

After waiting for days for my insurance company to find a contractor, I was advised to find my own .  I contacted Checkatrade and Worsely Drains wad the first company to respond.  They came out straight away ( even on Easter Monday) and quickly and efficiently cleared a messy drainage blockage and then tidied away buckets of sewage which I had created trying to unblock the drains myself. Look no further!!  We had lots of quotes from different engineers, some asking for half the money upfront!  When we finally came across Worsley drains it’s safe to say we were pretty fed up having been so let down.  Well Alex was professional, open and honest from the outset about our options and the cost.  It actually worked out being cheaper than originally quoted because the damage wasn’t as bad as we thought.  Alex and his partner got to work straight away, they were on time and they worked all day to get the job done.  They kept us informed and showed us the work they had carried out.
