Phoned about a blocked drain at my 92 yr old mother in laws. CMW came within an hour,unblocked the drain,jetted the inlets from bathroom and kitchen and even put a camera down to check for drain damage. Can’t recommend highly enough

Solving drainage problem

We contacted Craig for a toilet blockage by recommendation of SR Plumbing. First, Craig found potential reasons for the blockage and suggested further investigations with the help of the plumber. Craig swiftly coordinated with SR Plumbing, removed our toilet, inserted a CCTV camera, and confirmed his initial hypothesis: the reason for the blockage is a badly inserted basin waste pipe. Then, the accumulated waste was very efficiently and tidily cleared. The pipework was fixed, and toilet became functional. Craig’s reassuring, friendly and courteous approach made us feel safe and comfortable.
