    Excellent

    Absolutely recommend Konrad. He is responsible and with a go get attitude. No issue is too big nor too small. He is our best find ever.

    Gas boiler service and some minor plumbing work

    Konrad serviced my gas boiler before and I am happy to have him back. He is helpful, tidy and good at letting me know what is happening.

    Replaced four radiators

    Konrad worked with us to replace three radiators plus a bathroom radiator/ towel rail. He took them off the wall and left them off at our request for decoration and then refitted them. He took the time to resolve a problem with the bathroom radiator which needed additional support, for which we agreed an additional payment. I'd use him again.

    New Boiler installation

    Was very pleased with the work. He tried to fix the problem with the old boiler, but unfortunately it could be not fixed due to parts costing more than the new boiler. So he suggested to install the new boiler with a very good price for installing. Then installed the new boiler as quickly as possible and set it up everything perfectly. Really happy and would recommend him for anyone.

    Fixing Daikin Altherma issues

    Gas boiler service and landlord safety certificate checks

    This is the second time I've used Konrad for plumbing work and very pleased again with his work. Easy to contact, charged what he quoted, quick and efficient to coordinate appointment time with tenants in the house. Will be contacting again for future requirements.
