Which trades can I review? You can leave a review for any tradesperson who has a profile, not just Checkatrade members. We’re adding new profiles all the time, so if you don’t see someone today, try again soon.

Can I add a new tradesperson myself? Not just yet, but we’re working on it.

Can I contact every tradesperson on the site? Only Checkatrade members that have gone through our checks will have full contact options like phone and message buttons on their profile. For others, you can read and leave reviews but not get in touch directly through the site.

How can I tell the difference between a vetted trade and a free profile? You’ll see a clear banner if someone is not a Checkatrade member.

What if I spot a suspicious or fake review? You can report it using our Contact Us form. We’ll look into it and take action if needed.
