“Happy with my front door, but agree with the Kenley customer review "If you don't ask you will not get. They don’t ask questions and just do what they think you need”. My front door was initially fitted with no pull to close it, they expected me to insert the key, turn it until it jammed and use that to pull my front door closed. You will also need to budget for getting a decorator in afterwards - the lad who removed my side window created a large, deep hole to my internal hall which they refused to make good. I paid over the phone by credit card, but could not obtain any receipt from them.”

Firstly, thank you for your feedback. From your 1st of many visits to our showroom we knew from our experience any work we carried out would not be good enough for you. We delivered on each of your requests. You were shown the locking mechanism we were going to provide numerous times but only complained once the door set was installed and we then changed it immediately for you FREE OF CHARGE. Your card payment slip was left in our office for you as agreed, as you said you would collect it. We do not send these as we want to make sure they are in the right hands. When removing existing door frames we always alert clients that plaster damage may occur, to allow this and then complain is totally unfair. We are very upset about this review as we work so hard to uphold our reputation but as a company providing a service we are very aware that we cannot please everybody - this case being a prime example.
