Good sales experience (no pushy sales tactics, happy to answer questions and clarify a couple of items - we agreed a few days later) , clear and reasonable prices, fitter arrived when promised. Very minor issue - they'd arranged Monday for fitting - when the fitter arrived, he told us that it had been booked as two days, not just the one. All in all, went fairly smoothly.

Job completed on schedule. Very clean, lee and Lewis (the installers) were prompt, responsive and courteous. Very professional.

We had a double glazed window in our front porch replaced as the old one had 'blown'. Alpha windows fitted a replacement double glazed panel but Mark , the fitter, noticed a small defect in the unit supplied by the manufacturers and arranged a replacement. This was then supplied and fitted. Excellent job. We would not hesitate to contact Alpha Windows if we need work on our double glazing.

Communication with office was excellent. As was the installer. He was friendly, efficient and hard working. A good asset to his company.

Our second time of using Alpha Windows a local company to us. The quote was very reasonable and we were informed throughout of timings of order and fitting. The fitters worked very quickly and professionally, covering stairs when refitting landing window and then showing us how it slid as our fire escape window
