Ambush installed our alarm system many years ago and since then we have untroubled service from the system and from the engineers who over the years have maintained the system in excellent working order. A brilliant company, not forgetting the very helpful pleasant office staff who have maintained contact throughout the years…20 plus. Safe as houses, you can put your trust in Ambush Security.

I had a repeat error message on my alarm, which would not clear, and the alarm was going off randomly day or night (non-stop on the day Ambush were called). Ambush sent an engineer out the same day (Steve quickly diagnosed the fault, replaced our external bell, and carried out a general check of the alarm system). I thoroughly recommend Ambush and cannot fault them at all: the response was same day, I was kept updated on arrival time, the engineer was both thorough and quick, and paperwork (invoices, receipts and report) sent the same day. I will not hesitate to use Ambush in the future.

Ambush have serviced my alarm for over 10 years. They are as good as the big names (that we used to use) but are affordable.
