Replace ancient radiator

Radiator fell off wall and boiler broke
Ben was brilliant as ever - helped us out over the phone several times with boiler glitches avoiding expensive call outs for something he could help us with on the phone, and most recently came as an emergency to fix a radiator which fell off the wall in the night- always honest, takes the best value for money approach for the customer, friendly and professional. Can’t rate highly enough.

Fixed boiler
The boiler wasn't working so I called and left a message with five different plumbers. Ben called back first, was around within the hour and minutes later the problem was fixed. No fuss and not expensive

Repair to water thermostat in shower and general plumbing

Fixed the boiler
Ben was fantastic. He responds my test quickly in the Sunday afternoon and help me to sort out my broken boiler in the winter. I would highly recommend Ben and hire him again in the future.
